credito\n\nNon è possibile salvare la carta di credito?\nQuando si crea una nuova carta di credito nel proprio conto cliente, il sistema verifica il mezzo di pagamento. Se questo controllo non va a buon fine, la carta di credito viene rifiutata dal nostro sistema. In questo caso, si prega di contattare il personale della società che gestisce la carta di credito.\n\nNon è possibile prenotare un veicolo?\nPrima della partenza, prenoteremo l'importo previsto della fattura più un deposito cauzionale sulla vostra carta di credito. Questa richiesta viene fatta per ogni prenotazione effettuata. L'importo del deposito è di almeno 30 euro e si basa sul prezzo di noleggio previsto. Se all'inizio del noleggio non è noto il prezzo di noleggio previsto (ad esempio se è stata selezionata la tariffa al minuto), l'importo del deposito è di almeno 30 €. Quando si prenota un pacchetto, l'importo corrisponde al prezzo attualmente valido per il pacchetto selezionato, che viene visualizzato nell'app al momento della prenotazione, più un importo tampone come garanzia nel caso in cui si continui a utilizzare il veicolo oltre la durata prevista o si prenotino servizi aggiuntivi. Il noleggio è possibile solo dopo la conferma dell'importo. L'importo di sicurezza non può essere bloccato sulla carta di credito. La carta di credito verrà rifiutata dal nostro sistema se questo controllo non va a buon fine. In questo caso, si prega di contattare il personale della società di carte di credito.\n\n I depositi cauzionali non vengono svincolati\nSvincoliamo automaticamente gli importi riservati dopo il saldo del noleggio. Il rilascio definitivo dipende dalla banca che ha emesso la carta di credito e può richiedere alcuni giorni. Purtroppo non abbiamo alcuna influenza su questo aspetto."}}
