It is not possible to amend your reservation. It is possible however, to use the cancellation service available on this page. Once cancelled the reservation you will be have the possibility, if you wish, to create a new one.
Your Flex – Pay on Arrival reservation can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the agreed pick up time without the payment of any administrative fee.
Your Prepaid reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed pick up date and time. The prepaid amount, charged at the moment of confirmation, will be credited back on the same credit card used for the payment, excluding the administrative cancellation fee of 18.00 Euros (including VAT). No refund will be authorized for any cancellation request received with less than a 24 hour notice from the beginning of the rental. No refund is authorized in the following cases: no show (if the customer doesn't pick up the vehicle), if the customer arrives with more delay than what has been authorized, if at the moment of collection of the vehicle the customer does not fulfill the standard requirements (i.e. presenting the drivers credit card- NOT ELECTRONIC, PREPAID, CASH OR DEBIT CARD – for the security deposit, being over the required minimum age, providing and presenting the valid documents and driving license, etc.), if the vehicle is returned earlier than what originally reserved, or if the customer requests the cancellation on or after the selected pick-up date.
